Come to Me

 “Come to Me,” the Saviour urges;
“Come… I’ll give you rest.
Come with heavy burdens;
come when your heart is broken;
come the guilty, weary.
As you are, come to Me.”

 “Come and buy; receive and eat!
There is no price… you need no money.”
Jesus frees and meets each need:
You will find Him sweet as honey.
Come to Him just as you are;
no-one who comes is ever barred.

 Come without doubt to Jesus, the Fountain.
His blood and living water
you can certainly count on.
Each guilty stain, His blood fully cleanses;
with His living water, our thirst He quenches.
So come to the Fountain when parched or sin-stained;
Jesus, the Fountain, will not turn away.

 Come to Jesus – the Bread of Life satisfies!
Come for wisdom; come for life;
come for direction; He is the Guide
who best leads through life’s mazes and strife.
Come to His storehouse! To Jesus fly;
tell Him your needs; His riches supply.

 “Come to Me all who are weary,
heavy-laden, sin-burdened,
confused and uncertain.
I will receive, heal and set free.
Everything to you please let Me be!”

“Lord Jesus, I come; have mercy on me!”
