Lord God Almighty, faithful Your Name!
All history is stamped:
You are faithfully the same.
Not one broken word: every purpose will stand.
How different Your people!
How failing we are
in thought, word and deed.
How wandering our hearts!
Oh Lord, make us faithful;
faithful to You;
faithful to one another;
faithful to truth.
Your Word is our light:
help us stand true.
Although it might cost,
may we be faithful to You.
