Made Whole

And Jesus did lift me out of my pit of woes – not by removing the circumstances, but my changing my attitude – my heart. No longer was I a “victim”; I was  freed to live again!

Made Whole

You have cleansed and made me whole;
You welcome, love, accept, not scold;
You free from every captive hold;
You lift me up, make strong and bold.

Pain and hurts, although still there,
have lost their sting, for I no longer wear
their lies to victimise, their burdens bear.
I am safe and whole in God’s care.

Your blood covers all my sin,
brokenness and every hurt within.
Peace and joy instead You bring
and Your righteousness frees me to sing.

I am Yours! In Christ I stand!
My life You hold in Your hand.
I no longer fear the threats of man,
but choose to live as You have planned.
